What to wear for the interview? I was just going to wear a black one suit with white top and small heels! What all did you guys wear?

That's perfect. I wore a light colored suit and flats because I'm incapable of walking in heels, but most people were in heels. Most men were in suits with jackets and ties, if that gives you any idea. Good luck!

I wore a black blazer, black skinny leg dress slacks, 2inch black heels and a blue blouse. Don't be afraid of a pop of color.

I wore a charcoal suit I picked up at express, a black blouse, black watch, diamond earrings, and wedges. Also wore my hair down and straight since that was how most of the female facility hair was in heir website pictures.

I wore a blush colored blazer and pencil skirt (Express) with a black and white mini-striped shirt. If you wear heels make sure you have a back up plan or that they won't rub blisters and you are comfortable in them all day. I wore kitten heels and didn't have any issues. I pulled my hair into a low ponytail to look polished and to keep my hands away from it (habit when nervous). My jewelry was minimal and not flashy. Overall, make sure you look professional.

That sounds great.
My interview was in mid October. I wore a black suit from Express with black wedges just in case I was going to have to walk around campus. I also wore an ivory blouse with pearl earrings and my wedding bands. Wanted to be simple but sophisticated. Hair was down, straight. Minimal day make-up.
