Tips for 2nd try?

I took the Nclex-PN on September 26, and have found out that I failed.

Here is my Performance report..

Below the passing standard:

Health Promotion and Maintenance

Above the passing standard:

Psychosocial Integrity

Near the passing standard:

Pharmacological Therapies

Coordinated Care

Physiological Adaptation

Basic Care and Comfort

Safety and Infection Control

Reduction of Risk Potential

So, I was wondering. How bad did I do, How close was I (if at all)?

Also, any tips for try number 2?
