Given that your topic is not terribly technical (you didn't ask about particular nurse techniques or skills) you might try a search tool like InfoTrac or J Stor. CINAHL will get you nursing research articles, but I'm not sure the articles there are what you are looking for. Head toward "nursing culture" and you should find what you are looking for.If you have not used these types of databases, I'd go to the librarian for help.Good luck.
