tie a note

I have today off and was looking forward to a nice relaxing day at home. I was going to start to clean and pack things up for the Goodwill. Well the all went down the tubes when my sewer line off flowed and you know how hard it is to get anyone to come and look at anything for you. I am tired of thinking I am finally getting a head just to have something happened and knock you right back down.

I am generally one of those people who always look for the bright side but today I am just not seeing it, I am tearful, which is not in my character.

I am grateful I have a job in these difficulty econmoic times but I have watched my 401 K go low and now wonder how I will ever retire, I think we can kiss Social Security good bye.

I am grateful I own my home at least there is no mortgage.

I am grateful my spouse has a job...at least for now when there are so many businessess and factories that have gone under.

I am grateful we have health insurance when so many do not. and I am grateful I am healthy when I see so much illness and sadnes each day.

So I guess the only thing for me to do today is tie the knot and hang on and hope when my repair man comes things are not as dismal as I fear they are.

At any rate, I feel a little better now that I have put mygrateful list up and my negative list is smaller.

Thank you all for listening.

Take a deep breath and realize what a miracle it is you're breathing at all.

Everything will work out. You'll see!
