I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.
Hopefully by the end of next week we will here something ! They legit waited until the last minute to mail them out! I wish they sent out an email to all the applicants with updates! I mean I’ve heard the have lost letters in the mail before and then people can’t accept but we have no idea when they even send them out to help keep track! I guess they just expect people to go off the deadlines
Thanks...long story. I have had chronic back pain since having my younger son 10 years ago, but I deal. In 2018 I started having horrible pain in my right hip....explained to the Dr that I wanted no pain meds, but I have a high tolerance to pain and I could barely hide it. He literally told me he "recommended more of a suck it up approach to the pain." So I did (its chronic now btw). So when my ankle started hurting in May I just dealt with it. Then two weeks ago I saw a deformity on the back of the ankle. PT can't treat until ortho clears, but my primary ordered the MRI....
I was still running on it right before I found the deformity. The MRI showed an extra bone with impingement of the tissues, high grade cartilage fissuring (the layers of cartilage are separating from each other), a subcondral cyst, and evidence of two high grade tears to major ligaments...
Thank you for all the support, it means the world to me!! Not that they don't care, but those I know tend to not realize the severity because I don't show the pain. The doctor called me this morning and said please try to avoid any stretching while I am waiting to see ortho....I am trying hard to weight-bear more on the left without making it noticeable! I am using it as an excuse to send the kids up and down the stairs to retrieve things for me LOL?

On the plus side, to reach the deadline they would have to mail letters by Friday!
