Tidewater Community College Spring 2021

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.

So there's only 29 spots now . Someone enrolled in the nsg class . ?

Specializes in LPN.

So does that mean someone already knows they got in!?!

How???? Or is it just they reduced it to 29

No it's says 30 seats 29 available. Don't know if it's from something last cohort ? I don't know how it works all I know there's only 29 seats

Wow. I’m so curious right now.

OK. What’s going on here

Don't we have to complete background checks and medical exams to register for nursing classes? Maybe someone from the last cohort, re-taking the classes.

My guess it's someone that was accepted last cohort

Yeah, I agree.

Specializes in CMA.

Is anyone familiar with how the schedule hours are for the nursing program? I'm specifically wondering what time we would be getting out each day.... Is it like 8-4 or 5?

This is what I have from looking at the classes on SIS.

There has to be something off in that schedule tbh...that is 24hrs a week plus another class and clinicals. If you apply the credit hour rule and know that clinicals are 12hrs, then that means 96hrs a week on school....
