Stars I used to stay up late ready,  lately am better about putting the book down

NJ22 I get a bit of a headache from the ear loop type masks.  I have surgical masks with ties.  Also have bought some ear protectors, a strap around the back of the head for ear loop masks.

Yesterday was a fairly quiet day at work, little busy at times but otherwise good.  Spent the end of the day helping a coworker

Rest of the day was fairly quiet, did grocery shopping and did stuff to get ready for the trip, getting gas and the car washed and money for the trip.  Think packing is done except for stuff to be packed last minute.  

Will be the the 80s today and tomorrow, rain expected tomorrow.  Should be no rain in Madison while I'm there, will be in the 60s

It is as hot as the beejeebers out there, but at least it's not quite as hot as a sauna. Sauna's are nice, but I'm not going to go sit outside nekkid to 'sweat it out'!

I'm going to poke around on some other sites, and maybe I'll be back. I can't think of anything to say right now that won't sound like a complaint. It's 'merely' the same-old-same-old, and it is what it is.

92 degrees here. It was really pleasant when I left this morning. I guess that's the time to do work outside. 

The hospital got good news about our appeal to CMS on the stuff that happened before I came in. Yay.

Our cat Sam has gone missing. He has been slipping outside when we let the dogs out but he doesn't stay out. *but* he has been getting braver. We're not sure when he got out but we have not seen him today. Twin A will be distraught.

Ado, hope your cat comes back.  It is scary when they get out, so many things can happen to them.

We are slowly improving, but still have coughs and post nasal stuff going on.  It is hard to sleep, so I have been making it up with taking cat-naps during the day (if the coughing will let me).  We have music to do in a week, hope this is mostly gone by then.
