Show that you’re personable and not just an anesthesia robot, tell them who you are outside of nursing, give them an example of what you like to do outside of work. And honestly I think they probably already sorta know before they interview but just want to make sure you aren’t a serial killer or have a terrible personality. Also it’s okay to be nervous but don’t let it consume you because that could come off the wrong way. So be confident in your stories and your experience but not overly confident. If that makes sense.
Did you think the EI questions were hard? I keep thinking about that one comment here that said that one question took them by suprise

I wonder why they interview many applicants they have an idea?

I wonder how many people they have on the waiting list. I was reading up on previous posts about people reapplying after being on waiting list the previous year, which is very discouraging. Did anyone else hear anything?
Anyone get an interview after being on the interview waitlist get an acceptance? Also can anyone post their stats that gained acceptance? Do we think they know who their going to accept before the interview since there are so many candidates per interview session?
Thank you!
