Honestly he asked them and they were pretty vague, I think his science GPA from years prior was hurting him even though he went back for extra classes and got a near 4.0. He’s prior military with quite a bit of ICU experience. He’s also in his 30s now so I don’t know if they prefer younger folks….

Wow, I hope he gets in this time! He certainly deserves it!

Does anyone know how Jefferson conducts their interviews and mind sharing tips on how to prepare? Thanks!!
Hi,
From prior posts, it seems that it is more of a personality type interview and done in groups.

Ugh that’s so frustrating. My science GPA isn’t great. It’s a 3.3 but if retaking classes and getting a 4.0 doesn’t cut it then IDK what to do

Third time is a charm! At first I thought maybe they didn’t give him more details on what to work on if they didn’t meet him via interview but the fact that they did I feel like it would be more courteous of them to give him more to work off of especially since his experience sounds amazing
