Thomas Jefferson Fact- 1 year program 2017

Published

0Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else had applied to Thomas Jefferson's Fact 1-year program. I wanted to start a thread for prospective students like myself. Good luck to all that have applied!!!

Thank you!

I applied by the early admission date January 15, and heard back from the school early February, I believe. I was waiting on my General Manager to send in his recommendation letter. I had an interview via Skype Friday, February 17, and was accepted yesterday, February 20th. Very quickly!

The class size for Abington-Dixon is about 24-32 students I was told. That's nice because it will be smaller class sizes.

Congrats on your acceptance. When did you apply, and how long did it take for you to hear back from them? Also do you know the class size for the Abington-Dixton campus?

That was a quick response. The class size is so small that I don't think I will have a chance. They are probably done accepting students.

Thank you!

It really can't hurt to apply! I didn't think I had a chance when I heard it was only about 24-32 students, but I got in! Go for it! You have nothing to lose!

If you have other questions let me know!

Does anyone know if there is a Facebook group for the Spring 2017 Fact 1 center city cohort yet?

Hey adeela01,

I don't know the answer to your question but did you already get accepted into the fact 1 center city cohort? If so, how long after your interview did you hear back? I had my interview about 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my status.

Thanks

i had my interview on November 8 and got my acceptance email on November 29 so roughly three weeks after the interview. You should be hearing back any day now I would think.

Oh dear.. I hope so.

Congrats on getting in!! :)

Anyone going to the info session for the Abington-Dixton Campus? I live in Dallas and will not make it. I will appreciate if you share any info you receive.

This thread is too quiet. It seems there aren't many applicants to the FACT 1 programs.

I would be curious to know how many people are actually in the FACT 1 cohort - has anyone looked into financial aid/private loans as of yet?

I submitted my fasfa a week and a half ago, so I'm still waiting on hearing back. I'm not looking forward to more student debt!
