I am taking NRSE 4550 Spring 2 2013. Who else is in this class?

Specializes in Trauma.
Don't know....something to think about though!!!! lol. I'm gonna work harder at it this week. I didn't put much effort in except the reading. I kinda blew off the outline which was a big mistake. Dummy!
I will be taking notes on the study guide and im going to just read the chapters and pray! This is the first class that I taken with quizzes and hopefully the last!:***:
Specializes in peri-anesthesia services.
I have a secondary backup plan if this class doesn't work out. I want to graduate with honors! If you have to retake the class do both grades get worked into the GPA or just the second one?

You can take the class up to 3 times, only the grade of the last one you took counts. (I read that somewhere)

Specializes in Critical Care, Pediatrics, & PACU.
Has anyone passed the quiz yet??? And then they make the minimum grade B-, oy!

My score was 36/40 which is 90%.

Great job! 1 week already down!

My TA just posted an announcement about quiz grades

Well you can stick a fork in me. I failed this quizz bigger than you know. It was expected though. I had no text book because the company that I deal with informed me to late that they no longer had the book. It sucks but what am I going to do. I hope to have a B- in this class. I can live with that. Just as long as I pass. I cannot take another nursing class. I am totally burnt on classes.

This means that if you got the 10 point question right, your grade percentage will now go down. :{

:nailbiting:

Hot mess is right!!! I can't believe this class is ruining my track record. I already looked to see when it is given again...June. I am sick about these quizzes. My score was os low I didn't even try to figure it out :dead:

I am absolutely sick to my stomach over this quiz and my poor grade :( As for figuring it out, I can't even decide where to begin. So many hours and hours wasted

Why did I think this was the time to take another class????

I have had this happen twice to me with text books. Same textbooks, WAY smarter | eTextbooks | 15-day money back guarantee | Available on iPad, Android, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Web. has the online version of the text. I actually really like using online once I got used to it. I did it last 5 weeks, and hated it for a week. Then once I got used to it, it's awesome! You can search key terms and stuff. It was cheaper online than renting too.

What are they saying? My TA hasn't posted anything about the quiz grades

That quiz was ridiculous. I read the chapters twice, and had so much trouble still. I have no clue how I managed to get 36/40 on that. I wonder how much that will drop my grade when they take away that extra question though, since I got it right. I have been in other classes where they compensated for so many people failing quizzes. So maybe we will get lucky.

I didn't reference Ohio's website either. I thought about it after, but whatever. I'll lose the point. I got full credit on the article assignment.

I suppose if you have an extra thousand bucks to spare taking the class over is an option. I haven't got it though.
