i would do that, except I am in a bind because I need to complete at least 7 of the 11 prereqs by the end of the fall so I can apply to the RN program for the next Fall. If I don't I'll have to wait another year, which will also mean finding a minor. Microbio is the other prereq I think I could handle with this schedule.
I just took Statistics over the summer.
It's a relatively easy course, but just very time consuming. For some of the sections, it some times takes half to a full page to get an answer! Like said, it's fairly easy, but very time consuming!
I passed with a B. I could have done better, but I was very limited with study time.
If you don't work and realize there is a lot of study time needed for a full schedule, you can do it! My fall looks like
Comp II
Govt II
Psych
College Algebra
Nutrition
Stats (much more interesting if taken through the Psych dept, I've heard, and equally accepted at my schools)
Psych is a repeat. I took it years ago (my first semester of college the first time around!) and it is my only "c"...so I am repeating...
With that many courses and two of them sciences, you need to place yourself on a strict schedule. Getting behind at all could be deadly. Math's and sciences generally have more tests than the social sciences, so you'll need to be prepared for that as well. As long as your not working and can live with a minimal social life you can probably swing it.
When I was an undergraduate in college my last semester consisted of two graduate level courses, one of which was an honors' course, two other honors' courses and a math course on top of it. That was stressful but I made As in all of them.
So, your courses are definitely doable. In the fall I will be taking two math courses and A&P I (taking pre-reqs for my local university's Alternate Entry accelerated MSN program) while working 45 hours a week and tending to a mischievious toddler. All with an UNsupportive husband who does not consider schoolwork important --so I won't be getting any help from him when it comes to running the household.
Don't sweat your situation, just keep on top of it and you'll be fine.

Here's my Fall schedule:
Math 107- Stats
Math 108- Math for Natural Sciences
Biology 120- Basic Microbio
Biology 110- Human Bio I
Spanish 102- Spanish II
I don't think it'll be too bad. I have heard the math classes are fairly easy as well as the Spanish.
What are your schedules looking like?
