I agree with Fab4fan,
But after so many days, it might not hurt to call and at least leave a message or email her...something. If she failed she is mourning the loss and she may be someone who needs to do it alone. On the other hand, if she failed she may need a friend who is non-judgemental to cry and vent to. Be there for her and let her KNOW you're there for her. That is what friends are for. But if it was just last week, give it some more time and in a few days she may just come to you. Play it by your gutt, afterall, you know your friend better than we do and you know what she needs. Do what you feel is best for her.
Perhaps she's just excited and tired of talking about passing! That could be the other option.
Good luck,
JacelRN
My friend didn't pass. She finally answered emails and just wants to be left alone. I feel so horrible. All I can do is send her hugs and hope.A fellow student took her NCLEX this Wednesday. She got all 265 questions. She already told us she'd call if she passed. Well I havn't heard from her. So, how long should I wait to contact her. I don't want to be a pest or nosey, but I don't want to abandon her either. Any advice?
