Rn programs usually take 2 years at a community college or between 2.5 - 3 years at a 4 year school. LPN/LVN programs take a year.

I haven't heard of any RN programs that have been done in a year.

There is accelerated bsn programs that are for second degree students, timeframe can be anywhere from 12-18 months. They are literally 100's of programs in the U.S, do some research.

I'm not sure about TN but in CA there are definitely accelerated BSN programs that are 12 months. Like previous poster said, do your research. These programs are usually competitive to get into and super intense. Good luck
