I might be reading things wrong. I know I get to take 6 of these exams, but are all these questions different each time?

I never did the exams, except the one at the very end of the online review where she discusses the test taking strategy. I listened to each lecture about 3 times, studied my notes, used test questions from NCLEX 3000, and also did the ncsbn learning extension questions. I think Hurst review lectures with Marlene telling us to focus and what we need to worry about with each patient, and knowing the nursing content was the key to helping me to critically think and figure out what the test question really wanted in answers.
Still I was shocked that out of 75 questions, more than a third of them were SATA. A few delegation, and a few really tricky drug questions. No math at all.

You want different questions so you have more practice.

I too am using the hurst review but I dont feel like its enough for the Nclex! I mean the resp section doesnt even go over COPD or emphysema. What does SATA stand for ? I dont understand what the majoirty of the test was for you?

stands for "select all that apply"
As many new nurses and my school says, no matter how much you study or which program you use to study, You will always feel like you didn't cover everything. You will come across questions you've never heard of, no matter how much you study. You can't know everything there 's to know in the nursing field. I personally love how the hurst review makes sense of everything.
