Does anyone here have any experience with or know of anyone that has gone through the online ABSN program at the University of Tulsa? I haven't found any reviews so far and would like to know others opinions before applying.

Okay yes! These are the pre-requisites that I have completed during undergrad. I'm just trying to figure out what the remained of the possible 65 transfer credits could be of like co-reqs. Like math, English, humanities and all.
My admission counselor said that starting fall 2024 they are waiving the other requirements (not the pre reqs for admission) . Not sure how that's going to work but she said the reason is because students are frustrated that they have to take so many courses before taking any nursing class.

Oh wow that is very interesting. Thank you for sharing!

From what I was told, they are asynchronous classes.
This is what admissions told me:
"Courses are asynchronous and deadline based, typically with a Monday assignment and then due by Sunday at midnight. Online courses are very interactive though since we known for our small professor to student ratios. You will have access to your classmates and professors on Teams channels, Harvery (our version of Blackboard), and more.”
Hello everyone,
I was accepted into the fall 2024 semester of the ABSN program at University of Tulsa. Does anyone know how the clinicals work and the actual length of the program? My admission representative said the program will probably be longer than 18 months but the website says it will take 18 to 24 months.

Any idea of how these transfer credits work? And if there's a list of courses that we're able to transfer credits in for?
Can you upload the student handbook you received from the school? I tried searching online for the nursing student handbook and I couldn't find any.

Thank you for posting this. How far have you gone in the enrollment process?
