Nope! I contacted the department head and asked the same question just in case. The GRE is not required for this application cycle.

Good luck! That's the track I applied to as well. I'm so nervous, and it's ONLY October 13th. The next few months need to fly by! Let me know if you get an interview.

Good luck! That's a great GPA. I didn't take the GRE either. Honestly, that was what held me back from applying in the past. But now my A&P classes are expired so I'm in the process of retaking them. What kind of healthcare experience do you have? Good luck!
I also applied to the PMHNP program. Becoming a psych NP is the whole reason I got into nursing in the first place. I was going to go to grad school to become a psychologist but love medicine and thought this was a way better career. I started working in behavioral therapy to work toward getting accepted to a psychology program than switched gears, got my CNA certificate and have been working in a hospital to get experience for grad school applications. It’s super stressful! It sounds like we all have good GPAs! Hopefully we all get accepted. I’ve heard really great things about this program.

Hey Leah! I considered the mental health counseling route. I work in counseling right now, although it's not a mental health role. I know we have a while to wait, but let us know if you get an interview. I'm going to try to keep this thread updated on any emails I get. Good luck! I hope you get in!
Hey y'all, I just applied for the PMHNP track too. I have a BA in Philosophy and have been working as a medical assistant since 2019.
My undergraduate GPA isn't great (around 3.2) but my prerequisite GPA is a 4.0, and I have a lot of work experience in mental health/drug and alcohol treatment facilities. I've been working hard to even get to a place where I can apply, and it's finally happening! Fingers crossed for all of us. :)

Nothing here yet, but I noticed LEADs applicants seemed to be contacted first last year. Some PMHNP applicants didn’t hear anything until the beginning of December, so I wouldn’t stress too much!
