Hi everybody, I thought I'd create a thread for those who are applying to the UBC BSN program for the 2023 application cycle. Please feel free to drop any questions and share your background/experiences! ?

I was #54 on the waitlist and got offered admission last Wednesday! ?

sorry for the delay, I meant to add this in sooner but It's been a whirlwind week accepting the offer, seeking housing & re arranging my life to prepare for the move out to Vancouver (I'm currently living in Kelowna)! My deadline is June 28th. 

Does anyone know how the booking process for the immunization reviews works? I called yesterday & she said they have to send me a bunch of surveys to fill out. I filled them all out... now what? Do they contact you?

Hi Sarah, congrats!! After you have filled them, you have to call them again so they can give you a date for your appointments ?

I called them again after I filled out the surveys to let them know they were completed and they booked me in for August!

Congratulations to everyone ? I am not attending UBC, I am going to KPU in the fall. But I wanted to wish everyone the best of luck in September.

Hi everyone! 
 

Anyone applying for a loan through Student aid BC? When choosing the faculty of program,  It only had options for Arts/Sciences, health sciences, medicine, law, theology, trades, community service/education, engineering/tech admin/business, and agriculture. I thought it was faculty of applied science & the school of nursing. Should I choose health sciences?  On the UBC website it is just blank. ??‍♀️

On my application, which was approved within a week, I did:

23. Program/Faculity: Health Sciences

24. Major/Department: Nursing
