The Queen of the Valley- New Grad Program- Sept 24

Hi guys! Thought I would create a new thread pertaining to this hospital only. But.. I applied for the New Grad Program with The Queen of the Valley in Napa. My application status still says under consideration. The thing is I am a fresh grad who just obtained my license. Do you guys know how do they pick people to join the program. I haven't heard anything from them yet. Thanks in advance for any answers!
