Hi everyone! Just want to ask if there's anyone out there who has an idea if Medical City is currently accepting applicants? Or if their schedule for trainings is ongoing? I wanted to follow up my application there.. I passed the Clinical and Psychological exam last June 2008 but until now I haven't heard anything from them.. I am thinking if I would submit my papers and start all over again or just follow it up..
Thank you in advance for all your replies! :)
hi msaacrn! Congratulations in passing the Nursing Exam! It seems you, canneiza and I are in the same batch.
Regarding your NCLEX result, I advise you not to divulge to them that information because they might take it against you. Passing the NCLEX means that you are already eligible to go abroad.
I'll PM you my contact number so that we can update each other regarding the hiring process ayt? Canneiza and I are also waiting for HR's text when the interview will be.
@ rareruby: the exam was pretty difficult -- mostly dealing with fundamentals. After the exam, the HR told us that they will text those who passed in two weeks and that if we didnt get a text message from them, that means we didnt make it.
Well, I did get a text from them. Took the psych exam and was told that it would take two months to hear from them if we passed.
@jasper2009: Yes, I think that will be a good idea if we could update each other but I dont know how the PM works here so I don't know how I could give you my number. :-)
hi rareruby...the exam was...quite challenging actually...the focus of the exam we took was Med-Surg...there were identification questions, matching type, computation, multiple choice and true or false.
After passing the exam, we had to take a psych exam (IQ Exam). The HR told us to wait for their text as to when they will require us to pass the requirements.
So there I hope I answered all your queries
hello everyone, do they have deadline for registration? i was inspired by your message and now i made up my mind that i want also to try. I just finished my training from DOLE last April but still i have no permanent job. hope someone would resolve our employment problem.
I don't think so, you have to go there in person, log on to their registration pad and wait for their call. You don't need to submit any requirement and much better if your board rating is 80% and above you have the higher chances of being qualified for the exam.
Good Luck!

no, i don't thinks looks matter, you don't have to submit a resume nor a picture. They'll just ask for name, school, board rating, license #, expiration date. So, one of those matters. goodluck everyone :)
