I've been doing the Kaplan Qbank and noticed that in the Final Analysis the number of questions doesn't always match the ACTUAL number of questions that I answered. For example, I did a 30 question test tonight but when you go back and review the Analysis, it says 21 correct, 7 incorrect, total=28. What happened to the other two questions? When you go and actually review the questions, it lists 30 of them. ??? Can anyone explain this to me?

the maths do not count
Do you mean calculation questions? If so, I didn't have any. The entire test was on Safe and Effective Care Evironment (it is one of my weak areas so I did a whole test on it.) and there were no calculation questions. However, I just went back and checked and there were to alternate type questions. Are those not included? If so, why?..or why not? as the case may be.

Hi! No, it's not the math, alternate choices or anything else. You can have a quiz comprised entirely of traditional questions and have it be off. I noticed (and commented on some time ago) the exact same problem. It's a system glitch (according to the fella I spoke to at Kaplan, who had no clue what to do about it). I routinely gave myself 25 question quizzes; close inspection of the "analysis" page would show me as having had only 24, or even 23 questions. Unrelated to the type of question I had, whether they were right, wrong, whatever.
Another treat you'll find is that it may tell you you got, say, 68% on a quiz, but when you do the math you'll find you got a 62%. I found my scores were actually consistently lower than what the computer tabulation popped out. On a couple of occasions it was higher.
So if scores are something you're stuck on, do the math yourself for the percentage. Otherwise, don't bother
Hey Thanks, That's helpful! They should really fix that "glitch"....it's kind of annoying!
