I had an interview yesterday and I want to write a thank you letter to the nurse manager. Does it make a difference on whether I email it or mail her the letter.

Some people will say that snail mail is better because it is more formal. Others will tell you asher is more likely to read an email and she will get it right away.
Be safe-send both. The email will assure she hears from you right away. The mailed letter will remind her about you in a few days when she may be making a decision about the job.

I would do snail mail or both, but just not email.
Thank you so much, I think will go ahead and just do both.

I think just email is fine. A thank you is a thank you, regardless of format. IMHO.
