Textbooks for Nursing School

Has anyone dealt with a legitimate bookseller for buying used nursing textbooks in reasonable condition? I know Amazon et al, offer used books through different sellers, but I'm looking for personal experiences and recommendations from people within the nursing community. Thanks for the help!

Half.com is great. There's always that small chance that something'll go wrong, but I've had over 20 successful transactions buying books since starting my pre reqs. You'll save sooooooo much money. Even if you get burned a few bucks you'll still save piles over going to the school book store.. school store's used prices are robbery!!

I've used Amazon.com and have even recommended it to my students for various books. I've never had anything go wrong yet.......knock on wood!

I am got my book list from the school and went straight to amazon. i was able to get almost all my books new becuase of their standard discount and get free shipping and I cut the cost in about half from what the used price at my school would have been. Also I went with some sellers that were cheaper then amazon but offered new shrinked wrapped books. Good luck.
