Does your invite say what clinical site you're interviewing for?
In the email they send with the invite, it includes a video that explains their process. In that video they state that based on your overall applicant score, will depend on if you get one of your preferred clinical sites or not. So you'll get your clinical site with your acceptance email.
I also got an interview invite, submitted on October 1st and received the email a few days ago. No specifics on the email yet, just saying that I was granted an interview taking place on January 4-17.
I got my interview request on 10/2. Also I got an email from nursingCAS that my application was verified and in that email it had me register for the portal!

I heard rejection emails are the last thing they send out. It's not the deadline yet too, they still send out interview notifs after the deadline.

I haven't gotten anything. I submitted mine on almost a week and a half ago.
