I got an interview invite and I haven't seen anything about a clinical site form. But I do remember on the NursingCAS application they had a clinical site preference page. Also, they sent out interview invites more than a week and a half ago so I'd assume they'll send the next set of invites after the application closes in a few days.

Most likely this week or next week... Hoping! They did send an email a few weeks back regarding more clinical sites added that were not in the NursingCas Application.
QuoteAn update from the Texas Wesleyan Graduate Admissions Office:
Many of you have reached out regarding the additional clinical site locations that have recently been added to the list of sites to select from. While they are visible on our Texas Wesleyan University website, they are not showing up as an option in the NursingCAS application.
The new site locations were added after the NursingCAS application went live, thus not allowing us to make any edits to what the applicants were able to select from the menu.
We will be emailing a separate form to those that have submitted, or will submit their official CRNA application in the upcoming weeks. You will be able to update your list of site choices there.
In the meantime, you can proceed with the NursingCAS application and select five choices from the current options that are visible.
The deadline to submit is approaching on November 1st 2023.
This is the email I got on Sept. 21.

Same I never got that email. But I got an invite at the beginning of October.
Ah okay. Seems they just sent it to people who hadn't submitted their application yet possibly, since they talk about needing to submit by November 1st with instructions to still select their clinical sites on the app.
I got a return voicemail from admissions today regarding my application not being verified. She said from her end all documents were present. How long did it take for nursingcas to verify? & does anyone know if TXWES will still review the application even if it isn't "verified" by the date.
I'm in a string of 6 night shifts right now and missed the phone call today. I plan to call tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone here had dealt with the same issue. Apps are due in two days and NursingCas still doesn't have my app verified, I'm getting nervous.

my application got verified by NursingCas 4 days after submission. That is with all documents submitted and LORs & Transcripts received.
