Updated:   Published

Has anyone else gotten an interview invite? I'm super excited and doing some research on interview style and what to expect!

I didn't see a thread for Texas Wesleyan for 2023 start date so I thought I would add one.

Would love to hear from others and support each other through the interview and beyond ??☺️☺️

I was a little bummed that my interview started 15min late, ended 15min early, and I feel like they asked the other applicant more questions than me. ??‍♂️ Overall, I love the school though!

My interview lasted the full 90! Good luck to all of us!

How was your interviews today? More of the same? Some pharm, patho, math? I'm getting ready for mine in a few days! Have most been group? I'm scared my will be individual when I get there haha!

I got lotttttsss of patho and pharm, a few math questions and some EI questions. Interview was very fun and you can tell the professors and program director enjoy what they do. Wishing us all good luck!

Hey Marcus! So I saw last year they were accepting people 2-3 weeks after the first acceptances. Are these the "waitlisted" applicants and do they notify you that were waitlisted beforehand?

Program director said emails will notify us of either denial, waitlist, or acceptance with designated clinical site early February-ish. Sorry, I know the question wasn't for me specifically, but that's the info I received. Hope that helps!

I was told on the interview last week that I will be notified of the decision at the end of this week so I am anxiously waiting! I hope they won't wait till February to notify us because that's along wait haha

@VeronikaD BSN RN CCRN Oh that would be awesome! They mentioned giving the administrative assistant enough time to rank interviews in a spread sheet for decisions to be made. I think that's why they give the February timeline just to be safe.

Take it with a grain of salt. Things usually delay a little bit.

You could get notified today or in 4 weeks. Just try to relax and be patient.

I waited exactly 3 weeks. Got a phone call Saturday afternoon. A friend got his call almost a week after me.

True, I am sure it also depends on the clinical coordinators who interviewed us. Maybe some will make decisions before others, who knows! Fingers crossed we will hear back sooner rather than later
