Texas Tech Traditional BSN 2013

Hello Guys!!I just wanted to create a new thread for the 2013 Texas tech BSN program! I will be applying this December (El Paso) campus. Is anyone else?

I am so excited and hopefully in the near future I can meet you all!

I am so nervous....but I am sure most of you all are feeling the same.

I bet you did just fine ! Did they let you know when they will be making there final desicions on who is accepted?

I received the same email about how to register, then I called and asked them about the video essay and the lady told me she had no idea about any video and that the El Paso campus was not doing anything like that . So maybe since you applied to all campuses that's why you don't have to do the video essay .

I have not received anything either and applied to all campuses .. I'm so nervous

If u got the email on how to register and/or apply to patho then that is a sure bet tht you have been accepted to the program!...right? &&& yes tht video essay was TOTALLY BRUTALLLL!! I do believe I should have redone it one final time, I was soooooooo nervous....I hope they don't base it acceptance on how smooth you talked or even worse, on ur looks,a part of me felt maybe tht had a part to do with it,or else a written essay would have sufficed ....idk...maybe I'm just being pessimistic...but why would they only require a handful of applicants to do it and more importantly what was their deciding factors on WHICH applicants would be included in the handful?

ugh I don't know what it meant. There's so many rumors -_- I just hope they send out everything realllllllllyyyyyy soon. it gives me a migraine if I think about it to much ..honestly. it's that bad lol everyone is getting different things. Does anyone know if you applied to all campuses... if that gives you a better chance? Or they randomly stick you to one location & they do the process from there?

You can get accepted by multiple campuses... they have no way of seeing if you've been accepted or not. You ultimately have the decision of where you would like to go :)

Yes and I applied at UTEP to take the pre-requisites only, so im really hoping I get in! Did you get the email about how to register for patho and intro?

Thats what I thought then I called and asked and the lady said that is not to be taken as an acceptance letter or a rejection letter.
