Good luck all

As I stated before, I strongly believe the video essay was a way to weed out quality students based on physical appearance and basically external factors that have nothing to do with anything but the fact tht they would prefer students LOOK like the majority of others at the campus. We had an essays on NursingCas so why this show and tell video was thrown at us last minute was no surprise to me. It's a dissapointment. It's really no different than the job applications tht ask u to check ur racial background for "govt information." Glad Texas tech was just a rebound choice for me.

What is a transient student if u don't mind my asking? Idk I never got a single email about where to take patho or anything like that

If u got the email on how to register and/or apply to patho then that is a sure bet tht you have been accepted to the program!...right? &&& yes tht video essay was TOTALLY BRUTALLLL!! I do believe I should have redone it one final time, I was soooooooo nervous....I hope they don't base it acceptance on how smooth you talked or even worse, on ur looks,a part of me felt maybe tht had a part to do with it,or else a written essay would have sufficed ....idk...maybe I'm just being pessimistic...but why would they only require a handful of applicants to do it and more importantly what was their deciding factors on WHICH applicants would be included in the handful?

Well I've completed my video essay...now I am extremely anxious about the results of it and hoping I answered the questions to their liking. NOW if I Am rejected it will be weighing down on me tht it was strictly bcz they did not approve of what the saw or heard on my essay which will make me even MORE self conscience...I hope a video essay won't be considered by anymore schools in the future bcz if was challenging to say the least. But nevertheless I'm greatful for tht oppertunity

Congrats to everyone tht got into UTMB & other places. I'm happy for y'all! We're all on the path to becoming productive people in society in such a humbling vital field.
