Is it too early to start one? I couldn't find one. Maybe too early?
I am planning on applying to the TT 2nd degree BSN program in May in hopes to begin in January 2017.
Anyone else?? Anyone in the program currently or recently have any info to share??
Thanks!!
@Irish_mist, many of us are interviewing tomorrow! From your experience, what are important things that the program looks for? What would you say is/are something that really helped you in getting accepted? I am also applying for the Dallas program! And do you know--are they still only accepting 15 new students?
@skhansaba, any idea how many people are applying for the Dallas location?
Hi y'all! Just found this page. I am interviewing tomorrow. Does anyone know if the CNA class is required before classes start? I didn't know about it until I read y'alls posts. Also, does anyone know how long it will be before we hear back about acceptance after the interviews? Thanks :)
I had my interview this morning. I think it went really well! They asked questions similar to the essay. Just remain calm. Once you get into the room you will feel much better. The interviewers are all really nice. Be sure to ask questions! Also they have a current student in the waiting room to talk to and get advice from. Good luck!! Y'all will nail it!
I also had my interview yesterday. Questions were very similar to what has been posted in past threads. I left feeling not too confident though, and started thinking about better answers that I could've said. I agree that the interviewers were all really nice, but I was still VERY nervous walking in and for the first few minutes of my interview. At this point, I can't say my interview was great, at least from my standpoint, but there's not much I can do at this point except hope and pray to God they thought it went better than I did.
Hey everyone, I also interviewed yesterday morning, and I was nervous. When I left, I was also thinking about things I could have went in to more detail about in my answers. Womp. Anyway, anyone else have anything to share about how their experience went?! It seems like it happened so fast---wish I could have said more!

hopefully, you said enough.
what kinds of questions were you asked?
@promix4him, all of the questions that people have previously posted on this blog. Like: "What experience do you have with online learning, and what skills do you possess that would make you successful in this program?" They ask about previous healthcare experience, and volunteer. And also how you deal with stress. =)
If you ever left an interview feeling certain you covered all the ground you should cover, chances are that you were the interviewer, not the interviewee.
Had my interview today. I believe it went well. Same things they always look for: your support system, your experience with online leaning, any experience in the medical field etc. God's grace to us all.
Now my watch begins...

Hi irish_mist!
can you tell us how the Dallas program is organized? Meaning what the schedule looks like? Do you start clinicals from the beginning or are they towards the end?
