anybody, can you file unemployment claim for getting fired at work for abusing narcotics?mine was denied, the TWC told me i can appeal but i dont think it would work...

You can FILE for pretty much anything, but I don't believe you'd have a chance in heck to win your case.

Bortaz- Thanks!

Hi, I am looking for a job in the DFW area. Can you tell me what facilities hire nurses with board orders in the DFW area?

In the first six months you likely won't find anyone willing to take you on. After the first six months to one year, most dialysis clinics are TPAPN friendly. LTC often is as well and sometimes home health. Most hospitals will not accept TPAPN nurses.

I would love to get info on the SNF younwirked for in Ft Worth that are TPAPN friendly please! Will be headed that way myself shortly

Please share your TPAPN friendly employers as well if you would!

Is there anyone who is disabled and can't work full time therefore I can't fulfill sanctions of working fulltime and be monitored. I have gone to SOAH twice and judge very reluctant to rule on case because of ADA any help would be appreciated and Tx is not my primary license.
