Texas Health Resources Graduate Nurse Residency applications opened yesterday for the Spring ‘22 cohort so I wanted to start a new thread. Anyone apply yet and for what units?

It took them forever to interview me but after doing the interview they gave me an offer about 2 hours later!

It was about 35 minutes. They asked me to tell them about myself, a time I experienced conflict, why L&D, and short/long term goals. I think there was one more but I can't remember

Did you guys send thank you emails after your interview? The recruiter didn't send me the nurse managers email. I don't know if it necessary or if it'll come off desperate LOL

I did! I noticed all of their emails are just first and last name at texashealth.com. & I got the name from the recruiters interview email
