I haven't heard anything back from L&D or NICU Fort Worth either.

I was just informed that most (pretty much all )new graduate positions are full and that in May they are having another residency application for October ?. Totally sucks because if we didn't get a spot how else are we to gain experience as a new graduate. Most hospitals will not hire new graduate? Any advice

Yeah I'm not really sure how I applied for 11 positions at midnight when it opened and didn't get an interview for any.

It's discouraging , I am hoping God allows me to gain experience, I am eager to grow and learn . Hopefully we get interviewed and placed somewhere . I am trying to stay positive:/

Update: I work for Texas Health Arlington in the ED and I'm a paramedic. I and a scribe that has been here for about a year if not more were rejected. I was told that AMH was taking 4 new grads. So far company wide, I've only had 2 interviews and I applied to almost every position, even those that weren't posted for the public. I'm still waiting to hear back from one of the facilities and I was obviously rejected from the one I work for. I'm not claiming the entire hospital system is bad, but I do know that ALL my classmates (medics, techs, and LVNs) were offered positions with their respective unit and/or hospital. With all this said I'm happy for all that have been given an opportunity to work at THR, but I will be the last person to recommend working for them especially AMH!

Has anyone applied and heard back from THR HEB?

Also do you guys have any insight on the interview process ? Is there multiple interviews ? I had an interview last week and I am still waiting to hear back. Thanks in advance !

Im wondering the same thing 😞 I am still waiting to hear back from them, its driving me crazy

Hey so the recruiter will reach out to you if your moved forward for a interview, and then I only had one interview with THR.
