No worries! I appreciate you for sharing that. It has given some good insight going forward what some interviews may be like! Did your friends get interviews for NICU or was it through it women's services like L&D, Mother/baby? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to help all the anxiety LOL

There are positions that are open to internal that won't reach external. I've only interviewed at 2 locations so far. My current facility (which I got denied from today) and Plano (m in still waiting on a response). Outside of that there isn't much benefit of working there like other places (Methodist or Baylor).

Oh man, yeah I know a lot of my classmates who work for Baylor were interviewed/hired first. That's why I was kind of thinking if THR did that, it would be good to work for them prior. Darn.
