Hey!

Anyone here applied for Texas Health residency for July 2022?  I applied to several critical care areas on February 17, when applications opened.  I got a preference form by email and sent it back, but my status has said "application under review" since February 21.  Anyone else had interviews scheduled yet?

Hi! I applied for TH Dallas MICU, NTICU, and ED as well as Plano ICU and ED on February 17th and got a preference form February 19. I was contacted February 22 to schedule an interview with Dallas MICU.

Congratulations!  I applied to the CVICU in Fort Worth, the ICU in Arlington, and the MICU in Dallas.  I submitted my preference form on February 21, so I guess I just have to keep waiting...

Thank you! And yes it’s still early! My friend just received a preference form this past Sunday

What does the preference form look like? I applied to only the Plano location on 2/17, my application is under review for NICU but didn’t receive a preference form or any communication?

The preference form just allows you to rank your top 3 choices of specialties and locations.  Since you only applied for one position, there probably was not a reason to send you one.  I applied for like 10 positions haha

Hey! Just checking to see if you had heard anything on your other applications?  I still haven't heard back.  Have you interviewed with Dallas MICU yet?

I haven’t heard anything on my other applications. I interviewed with Dallas MICU last Thursday and they said I should be contacted sometime this week

Has anyone applied or interviewed with cardiac tele in Fort Worth?

Did the application for the ICU position closed after only 4 days? I remember seeing the position when the application opened and I realized I had to write an essay and I was busy so I didn't completed until 4 days later and the position was no longer available
