It was a GN Screen Form. Basically it wanted me to rank what speciality areas I liked best, what locations I preferred, when I was available to schedule an interview and other things like that. Then she was going to forward that on with my application. I have other applications that have already "gone to the hiring manager" but I didn't fill out a form, so not really sure.

I filled out 4 GN applications. One says "considering", one says "in review process", & the other two say "in process." Very Interesting???
Let's keep our fingers crossed.
I had to fill out the GN Screen Form too. I'm hoping this is a positive step.

Ok this is what I've experienced.. The order goes routing folder...considering...application in review process... Forwarded to hiring manager for review...Scheduling interview...interviewing ... When mine have been forwarded to hiring manager they decide if they are interested then the call to set up interview. I had an interview today. Usually when I have filled out the Gn screen I had an interview coming soon.
Thank you for the insight, it is greatly appreciated!!

Hi all, I am currently in an ADN program and graduating in December. So excited for yall since I have heard they rarely open spots to outsiders. I want to pursue a career with THR. Curious, do they have a round of the Versant program a few times a year?

One of the GN positions changed to "in process" today for me but I dont know if that is further than "Forwarded to hiring manager for review" or not. If anyone who has seen what comes next after "in process"?
