I went to a THR meet and greet a week or so ago and they stated that whatever positions they had left would be released in the next few weeks. Basically we were told that the majority of their positions were already filled by internal candidates and that there isn't a lot left over. They also said that whatever job postings they do post will only be up for 3 days so make sure to apply the second you see them!

does anyone know if THR hires new grads into other positions besides the versant residency?

As far as I know, they do not unless you have previous experience. It probably varies by hospital and unit though! I would call their HR offices and ask.

May sound crazy, but when I check the verdant site nearly every day it shows nothing. Has anyone seen ANY postings?

That's because they haven't opened anything to external candidates yet like I mentioned above. I'm doing my final clinical rotations for one of their facilities right now and they are still interviewing internal candidates. The recruiters said they won't be releasing any external positions until they get the go ahead from the various units that still have openings. We were told to apply to other hospitals though because whatever they have leftover will be slim.

Just applied to about 40 GN positions at THR over the last 3 days. About 15 of the applications say "considering" or "application under review". 16 say "forwarded to hiring manager" and then a few say "In Process". What does "In process" mean?!

I am in the same position as you, I sent out SOO many applications yesterday! I also have no idea what "In Process" means, I was wondering the same thing. I did receive an email today from a recruiter wanting me to fill out a form and send it back to her. SO fingers crossed that I hear something back soon and it's an interview :)
