I found this on their website page about the preference form. Hope this helps!
"When should I expect to be contacted once I have applied for a position?"
A preference form will be sent to each candidate who is moved forward in the process to identify the top 3 Entity choices and top 3 Specialty choices. Once the preference form and all additional required documents have been received, the application is considered complete. If an individual is selected to proceed with an interview, the candidate will be contacted by email to conduct an interview based on hiring manager availability. Please monitor your email inbox for the address you provided during application submission.
**Please note you may be contacted up to 1-2 days prior to the interview day***
