Good luck to everyone; my interview went very well. It was just like what some other post mentioned,the questions were focused on the types of pt on my unit MICU so for example sepsis. The interviewers really talked through the answers with me. I pray that everyone has a positive experience. I was also accepted!

woohoo congrats!! Did they tell you right after the interview if you were accepted or not?? Mine is the 14th I hope they left a spot for me! Hahaha

I currently live kinda in the denton area, but will for sure move closer for school. I will be at the Ft Worth campus and they said clinicals would be in the dfw area but couldn't say for sure yet on which one.

I am also interviewing at baylor in Houston at the end of the month (my boyfriend applied to PA school there and we are seeing who gets in where and if he even likes Houston).

I am so excited!

wow this is ironic, my boyfriend lives in pa and i considered applying there too! but he plans to move south soon. i am from louisiana. but i hope to be placed in clinical in dallas/ fort worth so i only have to move once. good luck on your baylor interview, i am done interviewing i did lsu, olol in baton rouge and twu all went very well, now decisions!

My boyfriend is from New Orleans and we thought about applying to LSU, but I heard that some students have to move around a fair amount and sometimes with little warning. I am not to keen on that idea.

LSU was short about 20 min with 3 interviewers 2 faculty and 1 student. I would say it is less clinical than TWU. The asked what kind of pts I take care of, what kind of gtts I used and how some of them work. They also asked me to speak about how I think critcially. Then the typical what do you want to be a CRNA, do you understand time comitment.

bmeRN, thanks for the heads up. I applied at TCU and was turned down, but I also have an interview with UT here in Houston next week as well. So, it is looking like it will be UT or LSU if I can do well in the interviews!! Keeping my fingers crossed and the prayers coming. Thanks again for the heads up, and Congrats to you!

was accepted after interview yesterday at TWU... still waiting to hear which clinical site I will be at, and then I can make my choice if I will attend!! Anyone else going to be living around Fort Worth the first year?
