Hiya! Around what time did you receive a call from Hem/Onc?

Hey! around 4 PM CT!

Did anyone else who interviewed get an email afterwards to fill out another application with employment and education history?

I received one too yesterday! In the interview, Did they mention how many they are hiring for NICU?

I know you probably hear this all the time, but just be yourself! Don't even think about the STAR format just answer the questions as if you were telling them a story and you will hit all the points. They mostly ask behavioral questions and of course, getting to know you questions.

Are the behavioral questions pretty straight forward?

Yes! They were pretty straightforward, just be personable and empathetic. Also, I think that they really want your passion for peds or the specific specialty you are applying to, to shine through! Best of luck to you!
