Hi, just wanted to start a thread for anyone who applied to TCH for the residency program. Please share any info you know about the upcoming program!

Oh ok how so? And yea but each unit had their own questions they asked.. Idk they were a similar style but not exact if that makes sense

How has everyone's interview been going??

I had mine with CVICU on Monday and it was great. I had the clinical educator who was really nice and kept telling me she knew the questions were kind of weird so don't worry. I didn't think the questions were too bad, just regular behavioral stuff.

What shifts are y'all hoping to work?

I told them I've worked overnight shifts before and liked it, so I was willing to do either but preferred overnight to start.

Does anyone know start date, hourly pay, and if there's a minimum period we have to stay? I asked about the start and contract in my interview but she had no idea.

Also let me know if anyone hears back! I'm hoping we will today, but I doubt it /:
