Hi everyone!! I recently applied to Texas Children's in Houston for the July cohort and was contacted by a recruiter last week. I was wanting to see if anyone knew when we would hear back with any more information? ?

I think the best advice I have is to practice behavioral-based questions and to relax! you got this, good luck ?

There was 1 question that reeeeeally had me stumped. I sat there for at least 20 seconds thinking LOL. I'm usually very good at answering these kinds of questions but that one really threw me off my game. But we navigated it and got through it LOL overall it wasn't bad

Do you remember how long it was before you heard back after your interview?

Funnily enough, I had to hound my recruiter to hear something because it was a day over a week and I hadn't heard anything yet. It was an interesting situation for me because the managers liked me but there wasn't a GN spot for the unit I was hoping for. This still worked out because I don't live in Houston currently and it would have been so stressful to pick up and move there to start in the April cohort so quickly. Luckily I'm interviewing again but for the July cohort so fingers crossed!

Well goodluck to you this round!! If you don’t mind me asking, what unit didn’t have GN spots available?
