Texas Children's Nurse Residency July 2022

Hi everyone!! I recently applied to Texas Children's in Houston for the July cohort and was contacted by a recruiter last week. I was wanting to see if anyone knew when we would hear back with any more information? ?

I heard back about 2-3 weeks after I submitted my application, it was just a short phone conversation with a recruiter but I havent heard anything back since!

I went through the careers page but I noticed that the July cohort isn't posted anymore either which is super weird!!

When you spoke to the recruiter, did they tell you the start date in July by any chance? Like more towards the end or beginning of July?

no he didn't ? I applied for the April and July and all he asked about it was what my preference was and I said the July cohort but he never said a specific start date.

hmmm, okay. I am trying to find a contact information to see if I can contact anyone & ask if I am able to apply for the July 2022 cohort but no luck. There's nothing on their website.

The only thing I can think of is if the July spots has filled... as far spot to call for interview. Im sure most people want July over April due to most people graduating in May and preparing for NCLEX.

I went ahead and applied the first day cause you just never know

I finally was able to talk to someone and looks like its a glitch. So they are looking into it now!

I am having that same problem. I can only see the April 2022 one that has the deadline for March 4. I tried to contact HR and I couldn't get through. Does anyone know if it closed permanently?

I emailed a recruiter and he said that they are currently working on that problem. They are unsure why it is not showing up so they'll email back once they've got it fixed. Hopefully it isn't closed!!

They just emailed back....it is closed unfortunately.

I'm not sure if anyone is still keeping track here, but the TCH application for the July cohort is back up! I got so happy seeing this so I just wanted to share the news ? deadline is march 18th!
