does texas BON requires Philippine NLE?

i need help guys,. does texas BON required Philippine NLE? Im a U.S citizen graduated from the Philippines. THNKS IN ADVACE!!!

You do not need to take NLE to sit for NCLEX in Texas

I also believe to join the Texas Nursing Assoc in Texas one needs to be a R.N. (Real Nurse) not a LVN
