i dont have a license because im a U.S citizen and they will not allow me to take the NLE in the philippines. im so confused about that part of application, i really dont know what to do. i heard that if i did not pass that part of application they will not evaluate my credentials because they need it complete to be able them to evaluate it. im realy stock on that part, ineed help and advise.. plsss. thanks in advance

Im a U.S citizen, BSN graduate from the Philippines. I need help guys.. Im having a problem completing the application for CGFNS CES especially the part where they ask about the verification of license. I dont know what to do since i did not take the NLE in the Philippines,. I really need help guys.. thanks in advans.
