Texas A&M Spring 2017 Applicants

Just thought I'd create a board where applicants for TAMU could discuss the application process and start to see when acceptances and rejections start rolling out.

Some information to include when introducing yourself or posting about your application could include:

I caved and called lol.. I'm in the same boat no acceptance/rejection so I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing. I was told that I should here something by Nov 1

TXnurse202, are you a traditional applicant or a second degree applicant?

Anyone else get that second background check email about calling in with your SSN? I got so excited when I saw an email from the CON, but it was just about the BON background check.

I'm a second degree applicant (B.S in Health from A&M). I haven't received the second email for the background check..

just checked my spam, I had to weed through a lot of member enlargement emails but still no acceptance rejection for me either

I'm also waiting for my rejection letter. I'm guessing they'll be sent November 1st since the admissions office said we should hear by then.

I got in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received an email accepting me to the traditional program for this spring!!!!!

Thanks y'all! And yes, I got an email this morning with subject line "Texas A&M College of Nursing - Admission Decision" and was given until Monday to accept or decline. I accepted!!!
