Hello All!
I am on to the third attempt @ NCLEX I have been using Uworld this time around. I just was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks when you can narrow it down to two options, how do you decide which is best? Also, any strategies with NCLEX you find to be helpful would be great too!

One thing uworld lack of in thier rationale is testing strategies so I researched and found this website. She explained prioritization process so well in algorithm. I read this everytime I start studying. I wish you all the best and goodluck

I used Uworld to study.
Now, as far as narrowing it down, my mentor always said to get it down to the last 2...then which option will keep my patient alive, or safe? If those are not options, then head to maslows hierarchy of needs, what is next, do they need food? In NCLEX world, everything is perfect. You have everything there that you need. So, ABC's always, airway, breathing, circulation... then Maslow... Keep the patient alive. If you can only do one thing and leave the room, pick it. ? You will be great. Don't look at the number in the corner that shows you which question. This is just a safety test. You know how to be safe. ((hugs)) Good Luck!
