Y'all I've made myself sick stressing today. This is attempt 4. I hadn't looked at material for a year till mid January. So since then, I've read through the Hurst and Kaplan book, Remar Quick Review, and now working through PDA book and going over school notes. Going through my notes is killing me but I feel like I forgetting stuff/can't keep it straight in my head so I continue to go back to them. Then I realize there is SO MUCH MATERIAL! I've been out of school 2 years. I realize how much harder that makes the exam for me at this point. Some advice/encouragement for my next week and a half of studying would be greatly appreciated

TAKE IT EASY. Don't stress yourself too much. Don't occupy your mind with anxiety and atleast don't pressure yourself. Kaplan is good. That's what i used as well as PDA. I, too, experienced forgetting stuffs even if i just studied it the other day. But remember, important key is to be able to understand things, not solely memorized everything. Don't forget to let your brain rest. I took my exam last April 1st. And two days before the exam, i was panicking and just went over my notes and scan them. I also took the readiness test from Kaplan which i shouldn't have done that because it literally made me feel anxious like while answering half of the exam i was crying and feeling panicked i felt like i'm about to puke and all that so i stopped and cried everything out, talked to my bestfriend. Told her i was scared and all that. Then when i felt calmed down, i continued and finished everything. Surprisingly the score was higher than expected. Bottomline, it's okay to worry but don't worry too much. Believe in yourself. Last day before the exam, almost everyone tells me to relax. But ehh! I read the rationale of my readiness test. After that i went to a church, prayed, got a body massage. When i went home, i cleaned my room a bit. And re-read some medications to familiarize myself further (i'm so stubborn lol) Then i smelled some chamomile scent to reduce my stress. I swear, it's heaven. Sleeping time, i felt like i was half awake all night. I woke up at 5am, get dressed, breakfast went out at 6, while driving on my way, i was listening and singing to good music to decrease my anxiety, got there quarter to 8, before i start my test, i took a deep breath and told myself "you got this. you can do this. this will be last. there's no more next time for this so i gotta do my best. focus". And yeah, i passed the exam :)
YOU CAN DO IT TOO. GOOD LUCK. :)
And oh! If you're studying, make sure you know your study habits like for me i really want a quiet place because when i study i speak while i read as it goes to my mind better. And, take short breaks like 10-15 minutes every 30 to 40 minutes of studying. I downloaded Pomodoro app which helped me tracked the time. And, if there are still topics you're not confident with, review them. I used to study noon to night before but it drained me. Didn't work. So yeah. Eveytime you answer, if you have taken notes of the rationale, well you should've, study them. Don't get sick rereading the same notes. I hated doing that, but it actually works in being able to remember them. And... when you're seated there, if there's a topic you're unfamiliar, don't panick. Read again the question and choices. Maybe apply testing strategies. You can not know everything. It's okay. It's totally impossible to know everything. So relax. That's all :)
Let me know what happened to you :)
