Test Result for US Visa Screen

Hello. Can someone help me regarding my US Visa screen application? One of the requirements is NCLEX Test Result. Where to get it and what are the steps to process? I have tried to call at California-BON line but cannot get through due to a very high volume of calls. They don't have email address where I could send my request for my NCLEX test reults to be forwarded to CGFNS.

NCLEX results must come from the state you sat the exam for, usually involves a small fee

I'm a foreign nurse. I just passed the NCLEX. I don't think you need CGFNS in California, I don't even know if it's accepted by the BRN. I did my whole process directly with the BRN. But you said you're looking for a US visa. I think you already need a visa when starting the process because the BRN asked me for SSN and other documents. Maybe the CGFNS would help you with your questions.

Its is the CGfNS body who requires my California test NCLEX test result because they are the one processing my US Visa Screen. I passed the test but wasn't able to have a license because I don't have SSN.

I took in California State. I passed but never had a license due to lack of SSN. All I need is the California test result that should to be forwarded to the CGFNs body because they are the one evaluating my Us Visa Screen.

In this way I think you should try to talk to someone in the BRN. it's frustrating to call the BRN. It's always a long wait. Try to call again, be patient. The whole process can be very frustrating

The NCLEX test result is the NCLEX pass letter with your photo on it taken on your exam in Pearsonvue. Draft a letter explaining that you are asking for a copy of it to be mailed to cgfns for visascreen purposes and pay 10USD cheque or bank draft.Indicate your nclex id number ,complete name and date and place where u took ur exam in ur letter to make the process easier.I mailed mine on September 7 and cgfns acknowledged that they received the proof of nclex on oct 12.Goodluck. I just call them to follow up with my request but usually they hang up on you or basically clueless about tour questions.You can PM me for questions.

hi shazab! were you able to finish the entire process? i sent a request letter to transfer my nclex test result from california to nevada on sept 23. i'm just worried if i won't received it by next week.

Transfer of nclex pass result from ca to another state took me almost 3 mos.I sent the form and request a copy of nclex pass to be mailed to nysed and it was received on aug 11.There is a processing timeline in their website for endorsement of license/ nclex pass so I know it will take long.On 3rd week of sept I called them to ff up and they said that they have encashed the cheque and will take 2-4 weeks to send it to nysed.NYSED confirmed that they received it on oct 15.

Proof of nclex for ichp visascreen took me 1 month, mailed the letter on sept 7, cgfns received it on oct 12.

Is that the table under Licensee by Verification of Licensure (Endorsement to Another State or Country)? Is this applicable who passed NCLEX without a license? The timeframe is 4-8weeks.

Yes.As of now they are processing those received on aug 16-31.Even you dont have a license you fall on that category.
