Hi my name is Bryan,
This is a post to share with you my own experience and to maybe end up helping anybody that may suffer from the same problem.
When i started my pre-reqs i feared A&P after reading so many horror stories here in the forum. Well this past Wednesday was our first exam for the lecture and today was the first quizz for the lab. Nevertheless to say I spend a week preparing for these two tests, we all know that nursing programs are hard to get into so we end up getting extremely anxious about getting the best grade possible. This anxiety usually impulses us to study hard, smart, and for long periods of time... If we suffer from this we end up over preparing for these examinations, which at the end works in our favor.
To keep this short i just want to encourage all of you who are suffering and dreading any upcoming test or quizz in any class. Dont let this feelings work against you, instead harness them and use then to your advantage, once you finish your exam or quizz you will realize how good worrying about them made you study hard and how once you are done a weight is lifted from your shoulders... Till the next one comes around of course.
Have a great semester everybody!

I have major test anxiety. I also have an A&P test this upcoming Monday and I know my anxiety is going to take over. I've already started studying for it though. You're exactly right. Thanks for posting this!
You are welcome! Just go over the material, read it, make some flashcards and study hard. You will see it pays off during the day of the test.
