TN New grad pay

U.S.A. Tennessee

Just curious - who we have graduating and what the new grad pay is in your area of TN.

The highest in my area is in Memphis. I hear Baptist is 19.50 + 2/hr bedside for a total base of 21.50. Is this the highest in TN? Most hospital are paying

roughly $20.xx with bedside diffs + nights/weekends.

PS - I'm not going to work there - I don't believe in just going to the best paying. But I was curious how various hospitals across TN are paying - I believe our pay is slowly coming up!

Yeah I have heard that 's benefits are amazing. A friend of mine checked there & granted this is what I was told was that after working there for 10 years they will pay for your kids college up to what it cost to go to Vandy. Benefits definitely make up another part of the package besides pay.

Vandy pays 70% of up to 3 children's college tuition after 5 years of employment.

If I'm not mistaken Vanderbilt will pay your tuition if you work full time and have been employed there for at least 30 days..5 years for dependents I believe..

does anyone know what new grads make at Williamson or Stonecrest medical center? Any other info you could share about these two (tuition reimbursment, etc.) would be great. thanks
